We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. However, because we are a global B2B enterprise focused on both retail and bulk wholesale, our return and refund process may differ slightly based on order type.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms laid out in this Refund & Return Policy. Please read it carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included.

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

  • You must obtain authorization from our support team before sending the item back.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. These include:

  • Customized, OEM/ODM, or personalized items made specifically for your order.

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window has expired.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items marked as “final sale.”

  • Items returned without original packaging or without prior authorization.

4. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Products

We take every measure to ensure your items are carefully inspected and packed. However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping,

  • With a visible manufacturing defect, or

  • If the wrong item was sent,

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the defect or incorrect item

  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement of the same item

  • A credit toward a future order

5. B2B, Bulk, and Wholesale Orders

We specialize in high-volume orders for retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers. Because these transactions often involve customizations and bulk logistics, our policy for bulk or wholesale orders is as follows:

  • Samples are strongly encouraged before placing a mass order.

  • Once the sample is approved and the bulk order is confirmed, returns and refunds will not be accepted unless the issue is related to product defects or production errors.

  • Any issues with a bulk order must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Delays in reporting may affect eligibility for resolution.

  • Bulk order refunds are issued only after thorough quality inspection and evaluation.

6. Return Process: Step-by-Step

Here’s how to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us:

  2. Wait for Authorization:
    Our support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible. Do not ship any items without this.

  3. Ship the Product Back:
    Pack the item carefully in its original condition and send it using a trackable courier service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to prevent losses.

  4. Inspection & Confirmation:
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item), Style & Smile will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to reasons not caused by us (e.g., buyer changed mind, incorrect size ordered), then you will bear the return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please use a trusted courier with tracking.

8. Refunds and Processing Time

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases (e.g., international payments or large bank transfers), the process may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution.

  • Original shipping fees, handling charges, and customs fees (if any) are non-refundable unless we are at fault.

9. Exchanges

Due to international logistics and inventory turnover, we do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

We process refunds and new orders independently to ensure faster service.
